Will this ever be available as a print on demand book/set?
It's a beautiful book, but I have a difficult time finding info on PDFs. And my printer could never do this book justice.

By the way, people who like Evocraft may also like Leaves of Chiaroscuro, and vice-versa. Leaves of Chiaroscuro is set in a fantasy Renaissance environment centered on Italian cities, particularly Bologna which is given the most detail. There are the human political intrigues of this Renaissance city-state period, but there are also some half-human races which include races with draconic, elemental, angelic or demonic ancestry. A magic-system and extra-dimensional realms are covered as well. Leaves of Chiaroscuro uses the Fate Core rules system (which is not included in the rules but you can obtain it elsewhere or read the System Reference Document elsewhere).
I think it would be a very good fit to mine for details of an Era 3 setting in Evocraft.

I read Evocraft completely. There were two kinds of typos of note. In the world-creation the word longitude was used when lines of latitude were really meant throughout (longitude, the position east or west, doesn't directly affect climate). Also there are page-references with missing page-numbers, just the place-holder "[EDIT]" throughout the text. Normally the word-processor can fill in the right page even after revisions. Also, as I said, the third Era book had a preamble p. 6 that accidentally recopied stuff mentioning Eras II and III. I will privately send you a complete list of typos.

Oh, it *is* epic! It is a comprehensive framework for world creation, with explanations to do things such as distributing your temperatures and rainfalls to create different geographical regions, then generate plants and animals both mundane and exotic. Cultures can be developed on the roll tables in five Eras from primitive through medieval and Renaissance, modern and then post-apocalytic. There are notes on blending aspects of an old Era into your new Era. A few layers of spirit-worlds are detailed as well with spirits and even more powerful Outer Ones, like gods. Artwork appears to be charcoal or ink drawings evocative of initial, simple cultures, sometimes of a playful nature.

The character play rules are a simple dice-pool system (the more six-sided dice, more chances to be successful (count 5 or 6 as one success), and varying factors and modifiers give you more or fewer dice (roll up to 36 dice, they say!)).

The main book is over 200 pages, there are 3 Era books 50, 100 and...See more

I did post an official review, and am near reading it all. It didn't register my name properly in the review and said Name Withheld, that was not my intention.
If it is helpful I'll send a list of errata or typos for the whole lot. One thing I notice is the Third Era p. 6 "Crossover Materials" accidentally recopied the preamble from Era II and III without editing it for the new book, so it spoke about medieval and Renaissance periods! Definitely a correction to make.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
